Alrighty, I've read over this report a thousand times. I see this all really due to the main ARES communication, led with no backing evidence afterwards. No mutiny was authorized and nor do I see actions relaying to a mutiny, more sedition based action which were acted on. the XO wasn't deputized and shouldn't have been involved with the marine law aspect taking place in Req. The "new" CO miss-led the CE and RO, normally it would be against our rules to go against command for just a bar, but seeing as this was an event I see the cause for confusion and an RP reason to support a new Commander, ARES isn't usually wrong. No action taken/IC issue - Resolved.
