Description of the incident: I was making Chems when the CMP and CL got into a fight which lead to this exchange

LCDR. Matthew 'Nomo' Silver says, "Because Senior Executive Torres has implied that I am a penis inspector, I am looking to become qualified in the matter."

Nrs. Maria 'Witch' Ashenfield says, "Mp arrest yourself for sexual harassment."
Now even though I quickly called out sexual Harassment, and the RP from that lead to the CMP being arrested. I feel like it was his actions that lead to the CMP asking me to break rule 1 by giving him actual tips on inspecting a penis.
Rule 1 states:
No sexual act or genitalia should ever be given explicit description. If a sexual act must be referenced, there should never be a description of how particular body parts made contact or interacted in any way, nor should any particular act be named.
If not rule one the rule three. For the type of fight they got into.
He also continued the CMP being a penis inspector thing into the next round as well.
