Miss Parker is... confusing. Her highs are extremely high, and her lows extremely low. I've checked her service record. Reports from her Squad Leaders indicate an extremely high aptitude, let down only by a refusal to work with others and an extreme disdain for authority, which may explain her arrest record. Given the immediate nature of her offenses following acts of exceptional service, I believe Parker may be deliberately sabotaging herself. Her grades at university were acceptable, and she just barely scraped through basic, but field reports show an ability much higher than her training records would indicate. Upon arrival in my office, she attempted to steal a chair, claiming that it was "mine now, bitch." When she found it was bolted to the floor, she broke into my cabinet to search for LSD. After being restrained by the orderlies, she claimed she was "pleading the third", meaning that she was refusing to have troops stationed in her home, for some reason. A quick examination of her more recent records revealed that two days prior she had been in consideration for training as a squad leader. It is likely that Parker, for whatever reason, has no desire whatsoever to be recognised for her efforts, or be advanced past her current post. I suspect she has a desire to reach the same heights as her father, but because of a deep seated hatred of authority and recognition, has no desire to be seen as a "hero", or even as competent.
During the interview, Parker answered all questions with variations of "your mum". No additional information could be gleaned. My recommendation is that she be allowed to continue as a marine, and under no circumstances should she be made aware of any potential advancement, or be commended for her service. If she thinks she may be under threat of advancement or recognition, she will likely enact swift and violent retribution. Transfer to another ship may help temper her behaviour, but it must be her choice, somehow.
