To note, this whole debacle took place on the 7th not the 3rd, making this qualified in terms of the expiration date. Why the accusor failed to use the correct date, and why the accused went along with the incorrect date and even pressed the issue of it being expired I shall leave up to interpretation.

Hey.

I don't play CM often I usually work 40-50hr weeks and don't usually spent 8+ hrs on the server like your average player.

When I saw the report when I did, I took it at face value. If March 3rd isn't the date then it's my bad for assuming so but no one, not Paladin, not staff ever corrected this - until now.

In any case I acted in good faith sorry if it came off as anything else.

The logs are pretty cut and dry, arrests were authorized and procedure was followed. Guy freaked out and disarmed me when he saw me in the briefing the 2nd time.

Paladin admits in the logs he refuses to appeal and makes a move to OOCly challenge this when the Admin doesn't side with him.

Why he made these accusations of Metagruding but failed to back them up is beyond me, just speaks to his credibility. He had a month to reply.

Why the Admin suggests he makes a player report instead of exhausting all IC reasons per https://discord.com/channels/1503155...09951252119572 is also beyond me.

I'm sure there's a valid explaination at to why.

I don't see any actions of metagrudging taking place. To be fair I do believe that it was a tad on the grief side with the charges, the report shows a lack of evidence through logs resulting in a few of the charges. Dialtone will be getting a warning for this. Resolved.
