Your appeal, including evidence (screenshots, etc) The only think I can think of that would cause a sticky ban error for me is that every once in a blue moon, I run into a player who has the same CID as me. My PC was bought as-is, factory-new from a store. I can only guess that whichever distributer that put Windows on it had a multiple-use license, and that the person banned with a matching CID had an either legit or pirated copy of windows activated with that same license key.
