I'm an engineer by trade, I work mostly with controls and automation systems. A friend recommended that I apply because I'm looking for an opportunity to challenge myself. I'm mostly self taught, and experienced enough to know that I have a lot to learn. If you have any questions I'd be happy to answer them.

This code was written in "Octave", which is a high level language intended for mainly numerical experiments based mostly on C / C++. I learned it for a class I took on machine learning. The file I uploaded I included lots of comments so that anyone who sees it can follow along easily.

I was actually in Oregon at the time for work so I didn't have access to my desktop. Would it help you guys if I uploaded more code?

So, sorry this took so long.

We had our meeting and we are going to deny your application.
There are 2 reasons. The 2 reasons are related.

The first reason is the devs/the community does not know you.
That's quite important for all devs.

The second is that as far as we know you do not play the game.
That is also important to the team.

We do love new devs but we like us/the community to get to know you beforehand.
Feel free to re-apply at a later time.
