Doctors deserve love: The Commendation of Medical Excellence

So, I came up with this idea a few days ago. Because I main CMO a lot, and I don't think doctors get the love they deserve and rarely get medals. So I wanted my own way to award good doctors for their hard stressful work.

It's not a medal no, but it's more personal. It's given among civilians after all. My plan is to from now on, give these to doctors as my own kind of medal. And I plan to edit the text to match the doctor's activities in the round.
