Your answers to the questions are very good and I'll just touch up on those.
You understand the severity of a BE and are reluctant to use it which honestly I think is a good thing for applicants. Whether or not you begin to use it more freely in the future once you get more comfortable with it is up to you as long as you follow CO guidelines and rules.
Alongside that your pardon answers are also well done and show that you won't hand them out even if someone holds a special role. I especially liked the part where you said, "in cases where the letter of the Marine Law was broken, but the spirit was not." you may offer a pardon out if the person in question apologizes and holds no malice.

I've known Joe Beasley for some time and despite the racist check incident ages ago and being slandered as a racist within the USCM by JB, I wholeheartedly give him my +1 and support.

Your backstory is also very based.

I've seen you a lot as a XO, enough to say that you are very competent at the role. You can put the pieces together and make them work during the round.

What needs to be said has been said, I recognize the concerns people have had over LRP behavior and I believe that Beasley has decisively shown that they've grown past any founded concerns.
