Ouch, our most productive dev tore me apart . What I meant was that the way deafness is currently implemented sometimes tricks me into thinking my headphones are borked. Would be nice to have the effect tweaked or have some kind of UI indicator to let players clearly know their character is still suffering from deafness.

Swapping empty magazines for full mags in your inventory by just clicking them.
Surerly that is not what he meant.
I understand that as holding empty mag in your hand and clicking on a mag in your inventory to swap their places. Tactical reload removes mag from a gun and after a small windup (where you have to stand still) it puts that new mag into the gun.
