Yautja Character Story
In a dimly lit room, windows flanked with intricate drapery exposed the moonlit exterior of LV-624. The pungent smell of red wine permeated the air while an armored fishnetted figure in the background played soft tunes on the piano. Jer'Koff closed his eyes and took a deep breath as his heart quickened, the sound of its rhythmic pumping blocking out the noise of the piano. This was his final rite of passage. This, he thought, was his destiny.

This, was no ordinary Olive Garden. During the de-colonization of LV-624 the clan of Dar'Den had commandeered it, and retrofitted it to now be the final proving ground of all young predators who wished to ascend. They must pass the final test. To wine and dine their opponents.

Sitting across from him at the table, was a fully matured xenomorph. Though it had no eyes, it fixated on him, and let out a soft hiss. He glanced down at the basket sitting on the tartan tablecloth, and lifted a bread stick out. It felt cold in his hands. He grimaced, and activated the thermal vision on his mask. He scanned through the various settings and indeed found that it was too cold. This simply would not do.

He quickly rose from his table and roared in anger, the other diners paying him no mind. A predator clad in fishnets, but also a vest and tie quickly came to his aid. He growled, grumbled, and gestured towards the frigid stick. The predaceous waiter understood and quickly exchanged the basket. Jer'Koff once again activated the thermal vision on his helmet, switching between the various modes until he saw a bright red glowing stick. He sat back down.

Through a series of intricate motions, he began to take off his mask. Each unlatched section let a small hiss of air out. He placed it on the table next to the basket and looked at his prey dead on. Its scythe like tail flung about violently, attempting to cut and slash Jer'Koff while it struggled against its restraints on the chair it sat in. The predator adeptly dodged each killing blow, only moving slightly to the left and right in his seat as the deadly tail tried to impale him. Still, none of the other diners paid this situation any mind.

Jer'Koff picked up a bread stick and slowly proferred it to his insectoid partner. It struggled mightily against its restraints as the table rocked back and forth, almost spilling Jer'Koffs wine. Beads of sweat formed on his massive brow. He knew if the wine spilled the trial would be over. He paused for a moment in thought, and excused himself from his seat. He brandished his combi-stick as the telescopic spearhead ejected. The creature flailed about as he quickly stabbed the bread stick, dodged a lethal strike from the sharp tail, and placed the stick towards it's face. The creatures secondary mouth rapidly extended, taking a bite out of the bread.

Jer'Koff closed his eyes and let out a deep breath before seating himself as the creature roared in frustration against its restraints. The first trial was passed. The waiter returned again, this time bearing a plate full of Fettucini Alfredo. This was not part of the trial per-se, but Jer'Koff was quite partial to this humanoid dish. To pass his trial, only his prey would need to eat and drink. One of the elder predators sitting at the bar a few tables away studied him carefully while sipping an Italian Margarita.

The xenomorph hissed again and thrashed about as Jer'Koff ate bite after bite of the sodium laden noodle dish. He raised an eyebrow, and put the fork towards the xenomorphs head again, a risky move with such a small utensil. The creatures secondary mouth extended once more and took a bite of both fork and food. Jer'Koff saw the elder predator nod in satisfaction from afar.

However, the time had come to finish the trial. All the diners put down their utensils and were now focusing on Jer'Koffs final act. His hands shaking from nervousness, he grabbed the cheap plastic stem of the wineglass delicately with his fingers. As he gently swirled the dark red sulfite laden concoction, a distinct smell of paint thinner and crayons rose to his nose.

In a desperate attempt, the creature began to chew at one of its arms as thick green acid began to melt the restraints. With not much time left, Jer'Koff jumped onto the table, cheap red wine in hand and let out a deafening roar. He dodged another strike from the tail and jumped behind the creature without spilling a drop of wine. He then put the xenomorph in a headlock and poured the entire contents of the glass down its throat.

The Elder Predator lowered his now empty Italian Margarita and roared in approval as Jer'Koff did a back flip and landed perfectly in his seat. Jer'Koff knew that he would lose a few points for poor table manners, but that did not matter for he had passed the trials. The Xenomorph had been successfully both wined, and dined. As all the predators in the restaurant yelled their approval, the latches were removed from the chair allowing the xenomorph to escape. Because at the Olive Garden, when you're here, you're family.
