This tbh Medical ship side needs to be harder, but not to hard that it scares away players there needs to be a slight rework of the medical system so that way both shipside and ground side can actually have different skillsets and more variety other than "ship side/fob medical are only for sugary" make it so if you don't treat a wound right ground side it gets infected and can kill over time if the infection is not treated right or wounds that only shipside medical have the ability to treat(that is not just organ damage)
