allow xenos to use UAVs to monitor all preds and watch for rulebreaks

preds should OFFER themselves to xenos when we ask them to

infact just remove all pred council and make all prime xenos pred council

make so xenos have no click delay or attack delay so this won't happen

My friend, that is where you are wrong.

You think the xenos got "lucky" and knocked the preds mask off? Obviously it needed admin intervention.

You think the preds SD just randomly didn't work due to fumbling a hotkey or whatever.

The only reason that this happened dis because I did not gib the other predator fast enough. I have asked developers to now automatically gib predators whenever they are in hive range to correct this error. ITs in the Honor Code, look it up.
