Facehugging someone would essentially count as 'killing' someone, the facehugger would never detach from someone who was infected. The act of facehugging would be harder to pull off, to pull of a 'instant' facehug you'd need to place a Human in a nest, doing so would facehug them without resistance. Alternatively if a facehugger comes into contact with a Human, say via a Carrier throw, stepping on a hugger mine, etc, then the Human enters a struggle period that lasts 10ish seconds, if another Humans walks up and interacts with them the hugger is thrown off and stunned for a few moments.
To incentivise facehuggering, you could make it that facehugged targets are worth some kind of resource to the Aliens, maybe in a similar system to the Marines DEFCON.
