Description of the incident As a MT I was arrested for breaking a window, and during the arrest I shot at the ground with a M14a on accident. This got me charged with assault with a deadly weapon by the MPs who thought I was trying to shoot them. I had gotten it moments before my arrest because I was planning to go planetside to help build up defenses, not to shoot MPs.
Anyways I got noted for shooting the CMP after I stole the MW's gun and shot through the brig window to break out. In the note it says I jailbreaked for a minor crime, but assault with a deadly weapon is very much a major crime and I had a 45 min sentence on my head (which was placed on me because they assumed my intent unjustly).
As small a detail as it is, its inaccurate and blemishes my record.
