Description of the incident: Basically Mps were going to arrest Zion over a crime. During attempted arrest he flees on normandy then was nearly stopped by hanger breifing area outside of normandy doors. Decided to shoot up MP killing them prior to even briefing happening. Maya Tully comes from Normandy and attempts to drag the now injured Zion onto Normandy to escape punishment resulting in riot on Normandy as marines attempt to free zion from MPs resulting in multiple flashbangs going off and tear gas. He is eventually arrested and executed but due to the timeing of the event I think round start shinannigans is an applicable charge to the incident which cannot be resolved IC.
Evidence (screenshots, logs, etc): I have a video of the riot on the normandy but its too big of a file size.
What resolution are you seeking? Punishment for nearly derailing the testmerge round by starting a riot and murdering mps round start. Zion has been doing this for quite some time now at round start and this really shouldnt be happening with any regularity due to how disruptive this can be.
