Possible changes to the Donor System (Give us feedback!)

So,

Following some requests for unique donor items, as well as concerns of some previous donors, we are looking at a new donor item system. After talking with Rahlzel and Joshuu, this is what we are looking at:


$5 - Any baystation, /tg/ or other item that is already sprited so long as it is compatible with out license (we are pre AGPL at the moment) -Same as it is now
$10 - A NEW custom item, that is not currently sprited, but can be used by other players - same as it is now
$10 - A custom item, that was made by another players request, and is not part of Bay or /tg/ standard sprites. - NEW
$15 - A custom item, that is not currently sprited, but can only be used by the requestor, or those he/she approved - NEW LEVEL.


Additionally, were going to put up some pre-generated full 4-item sets to help people decide, and work on an "item list" to help people decide.

I'm not trying to be money grubby with the last 2 choices, but I'm more trying to make sure that donors can have something unique to them if they want, as well as make sure that if people want to share a set of armor they can, but also not make it seem like the first person to get a custom item got screwed.


However, I am 100% LOOKING FOR INPUT. This is not finalized, and I feel like it would be best to go with the community's needs/wants, than to make my own.

Ok, to be clear, those are flat prices, not "+$ each time"

Like, if you wanted, say, a custom set of sunglasses, that would be $10 if you didn't mind other people using it. And if someone else wanted it, they's pay $10, but if you didn't want others to use it, your original price would be $15.

I do feel like a whore for doing it like this, but I wanted to make sure the system is fair to those who do decide to donate, and that i keep their interests in mind.

i like the idea of giving donors something unique as well.

No need to feel like a whore, its a gift to say thanks to those who donate. Not like its something game changing that they're getting.
