syra´yte kv´var-de (Head Hunter)

Post by coroneljones » 06 Aug 2015, 15:07

Byond ID:Coroneljones

Marine Name (so we know who you are):Jack Knight

Name of the character you want whitelisted (As in, the name your predator will use): syra'yte kv'var-de

Are you familiar with the Predator Code Of Honor (viewtopic.php?f=57&t=2693)? Yup

Character background (an RP description as to why this character would be in this position, such as clan information. This will weigh HEAVILY on the decision, so make the information count):

Being part of Clan yin'tekai kv'var-de meant one simple thing, follow the code, and bring honor to the clan, all young bloods had to learn this lesson,to remember the code at any moment,to follow it and bring honor to the clan, syra´yte kv´var-de was no different, follow the code, bring honor,it was all that he knew.

He was ready for the hunt,he trained so he could participate in the hunt,he was ready to honor the clan,to make himself a true hunter,he knew what all young blood had to hunt during their first hunt,a serpent, the greatest prey that his clan knew, the most honorable trophy ever collected,he was ready, even if he was simply armed with what he could find in the old hunting lodge, from simple knives to glaives,he did not require technology as it would only soil the hunt, damaging the trophy,he could not fail.
Even as the acid fell onto the glaive, even as it burned his skin, simply leaving a mark on his chest,he kept going on...it was all for the hunt, the burning,a trophy on its own, after the hunt the elders marked him with the acid, forming the clans symbol on his forehead and on his bio mask,he had proved himself to them,he was a hunter, ready to bring honor to the clan.

Then he was ready for a new trophy, soft meat, they showed their fear, looking in their pheriperals, watching some that wasnt there, but he was there, waiting for the moment to strike,he would sometimes lure them away with a simple mimicry of other oomans, using his bio mask, then he would strike.
Compared to the serpents, the oomans were easier trophys, dishonorable with their technology,he had to even the odds, even if it ment he had to use his own technology to bring them down, until he could fight them in honorable melee, one on one.

He knew how to scare the prey, from simple mimicrys,to skinning and putting bodies in plain sight.

He continued the hunt, continued to bring honor to the clan, still wielding the glaive from his first hunt,it was his own personal trophy, not from prey, but one from his past, his own signature weapon you could call it,but even a clever hunter is bold, and that he was,No fear,No Mercy, sometimes that would bring obstacles in his path, but he kept going on,he discarded technology when he could, but it could be useful for the dishonorable oomans, even then,he still looked at it as something that made him weak, his ancestors hunted without it,he would follow their ways, the ways of the clan, technology was simply a tool in the hunt,no more than a tool that he could rely on when the dishonorable prey needed to be balanced.

He had found a new worthy hunt a ooman "colony" located near where an ancient hunting lodge resided, the serpents had cleared most of the soft meat, more of them would arrive, their technology spread the message. No matter, they cries would be heard,he was ready to embark on his greatest hunt yet, both the serpents, the greatest prey that his clan knew, and the oomans, dishonorable prey that relied on technology...but a trophy is a trophy once you even the odds and fight with honor.

He remembered the elder´s last words before his first hunt..thar'n-da s' yin'tekai... Strength and honor.

Hell +1 Why not. Your backstory seems pretty good and your relatively well known throughout the community. The whole scaring prey also interests me. Might get some more fear factor in.

+1 Jones is pretty much, one of our best staff, and I doubt he'd do anything to dishonor the preds or break the code.
