Buckled to chair. got teleported off.

Bug Description:
i was buckled to a chair on the rasp. when my character suddenly was teleported ontop of a cryoslepper. unable to move. no matter what i id. following iahelps it was discovered i was somehow still buckled to the chair on the rasp.

Steps to reproduce:
1.buckle up into a chair on the rasp
2.idk. bluespace magic
3.

Can confirm this, Me and TopHat were online when this happened, and we couldn't even get him out with SLC varediting him. Had to get a marine to unbuckle him.

OH haha, was that when you whispered me just earlier today eh? I got a poke about doing you a favor and it spooked me because I was just waking up. Just like, hey you there, yeah you! Click on that seat for me, no reason, thanks! I was still confused after that and curious as to why you had me unbuckle the seat, but coming to find this...well then aheh.

This is a well known issue with admins teleporting people who are buckled to chairs. This would probably be a tough issue to fix, instead admins should exercise more caution with whom they teleport around

In the event that it does happen, the only way to fix it is indeed getting someone to click the chair to manually unbuckle the person on the receiving end
