Barricades don't block spit

Bug Description:
Plasteel barricades and by extension sandbags don't protect you from acid globs or neurotoxin if you're standing on them instead of a tile behind them.

Steps to reproduce:
1. Stand on top of plasteel barricade.
2. Spitter or Praetorian spits at you.
3. Get burnt or knocked down.
Troublesome, as usual.

I'm pretty sure that this is intentional, not sure why, because they're barricades anyways
On May 17, 2016, a group of farmers dug up the diary of an ear of corn named Watson. Here are his entries.

Day 76:
They took Lawrence, dear god Lawrence... They ripped him off the stalk and smeared him in butter, just like Tyler and Jodie. They shipped him off to the popcorn factory...
I wonder what his wife will say.

Day 120: My brother says the VEGANS are protesting for more anti-meat bullshit. They want more of us to die. FUCKING HEATHENS.

Stand 1 tile further back to decrease chances of being hit. Barricades only lower accuracy, they don't negate it.
CM was obviously inspired by Starcraft: Ghost opening. At least when marines takes too long to deploy.

Barricades have a set chance (non-zero, but not 100 %) to completely block a projectile even if it hits on the same tile, as long as the attack is coming from the correct way

If that detection fails and you get hit 100 % of the time (please use a decent sample size, 10 hits, maybe 20), then it is a bug. If it partially fails, this is working as intended
