Bug Description: Stun batons stun you when you pick them up without proper access (MP), HOWEVER you can PULL stunsticks without getting stunned.
Steps to reproduce:
1. Get a MP to drop a stunstick.
2. CTRL + Click it if you are part of the hotkey master race.
3. Watch as you aren't stunned at all and can now hide the stun baton wherever you want (preferrably in a locker).
