[Transit] Hazardeous landing

Bug Description:
Gas and certain hazardeous matter does not get moved or destroyed when the pod or rasputin lands on its destination.
This promote several powergamey behavior like pre-emptively biling the pod / rasp location to gas the passengers who don't necessarely get any chance to react whatsoever.


Steps to reproduce:
1. Launch the rasp.
2. Calculate the landing time and bombard.
3. See results as stated above.
CM was obviously inspired by Starcraft: Ghost opening. At least when marines takes too long to deploy.
