Bug Description: The plating in Research (See picture: https://gyazo.com/1651aeb250336200387fae186cb2dc11 ) becomes black when you try to put floor tiles on it.
Steps to reproduce:
1. Go to Research
2. Attempt to put floor tiles on plating
3. Result: https://gyazo.com/1651aeb250336200387fae186cb2dc11
