XO has access to COs lockbox

Bug Description: the XO can unlock and open the COs smart gun box

Steps to reproduce:
1.open armory
2. Click the box
3. Open

Not a bug, the XO has the same access as the CO, he IS the CO is a actual CO is not on.

My point is that it's the COs lockbox, first off, and second off the XO can't even use the smartgun inside

Useful for if a smartgunner loses his on the ground for whatever reason, so that's a fine use for it.

Last time I used it as an XO I got PMed by a staff member to drop it so apparently they can't

The XO can use a smartgun, but they can not use the commander's smartgun.

It's specifically the CO's gun. The XO can find a spare smart gun however, and use it.

Let me give a straightforward answer since I've seen some debate regarding this.

The XO should not be using the smartgun.
