Can't Reload Miniflamethrower From Technician Backpack

Bug Description:

Per subject.

Steps to reproduce:
1. Expend mini/underslung-flamethrower fuel.
2. Gaze and be amazed as you are magically unable to refuel it from your technician backpack (yes it was set to Spaceballs the flamethrower mode).

You can't do this with regular incinerator tanks either, though.

Update: You cannot refuel the miniflamethrower, detached or not, from the fuel tanks at all.

So how do you reload it?

With a flamethrower tank. welder fuel != flamethrower fuel

But you can refuel flamethrower tanks with welding fuel can't you, so why wouldn't you be able to refuel the miniflamethrower direct from tanks/backpack so long as you're not fuel mixing/filling a completely empty attachment?

EDIT: Apparently you can, but only when the flamethrower tank is completely empty. My bad.

So I guess the bug is confirmed.
