Often saw him as SL, and even if I don't like his char that much, I noticed that others are like to see him around as leader. He probably will go along with other pred players.
About the story - it's alright, I couldn't make a better one.

I have a really good impression of Atom IG, he's engaged, interesting, and seems to have a respectable degree of roleplay.
The story is passable, but hey, not everyone is a George Orwell. Definitely NOT enough to get a fix on his personality. All I really know is his birthyear sucked.
I do really like the described playstyle, though. I always enjoy some pred - pred interaction and having a more tradition-preaching predator would be a great addition.
Overall, I believe this is a decent application from a good community member, maybe not a 'A' grade one, but certainly one that could get you accepted.
