Very much so. I see it come up often and I try to keep myself up-to-date with the Code so
i feel validated I have a good idea of what I'm talking about.
Character background (An ADEQUATE description and story of your predators background):

Ga'dqa is a very simple-minded Yautja, coming from an obscure clan called 'Reigning Flame'. He lives by his standards and does not stray off path. He loves a good, fair fight and will sometimes give their opponents a slight advantage to challenge their own skills, usually a more powerful weapon then what he himself wields. They are highly observant and will often stalk prey they want to duel, waiting for an opportune moment.

It felt like any old hunt you would see from a clan of this size.
3 Yautja from the Reigning Flame clan looked around and split off in different directions. They were all on their first hunt, and were eager to get to it.
Ga'dqa turned on his cloaker and headed west. He traveled for some distance before finally running into something.
"Fuck, I'm cold."
"Should've brought a fucking jacket, then, huh?
"Shut up."
Perfect. A group of colonists, by the looks of it. They all had guns and seemed to be looking for food.
The jungle foliage split up to reveal them. One had a very peculiar face to match with a passive-aggressive personality that Ga'dqa liked.
He decided to stalk them until they split off or turned around. It was a long time before one decided they went too far.
"Jack."
"What?"
"We've gone too far. We're going to starve before we get back.
"Okay, fine. Donk-pockets for dinner again, I guess."
This "Jack" one spoke of appeared to be the leader. Coincidentally it was also the one Gad'qa had the most interest in.
He was getting impatient. Maybe it was time to take some action.
Gad'qa looked around, but couldn't find much to make noise or get them to split off with.
Fuck it.
He turned off his cloak and tried to scare them. Jack turned around, stared at Gad'qa for a solid 4 seconds, and finally uttered.
"What the fuck?"
To be fair, Ga'dqa was a very intimidating sight. They looked average to any old Yautja, but to humans they were very threatening and often makes them stop in fear.
Ga'dqa decided to break the ice and try saying something. He hadn't really talked to many humans before this, considering he was very sheltered until now, so all he could do was mimic what his target said.
"What the fuck?"
Obviously this didn't help Jack at all to understand what Ga'dqa wanted, but he at the very least figured out it wanted something.
"What... do you want?"
Ga'dqa understood this. He heard this phrase uttered before from elders.
"Fight."
"Fight?"
"Fight."
Ga'dqa then took this moment to disarm his prey, throwing their shotgun to the side.
"I-You real-"
Ga'dqa then took a Combistick from his belt and tossed it to his prey.
"Fight!"
"Okay, uh, how does this work? Maybe pressing this button?"
Ga'dqa was getting impatient. He extended his own Combistick and prodded his prey with it.
"Ow, okay, fine. Fight, fight, whatever."
The highly confused and jaded human then decided to try jabbing Ga'dqa with his own Combistick which finally let Gad'qa know that the duel was occuring.
Ga'dqa then impaled his prey with the spear. The human stared at Ga'dqa and to the now-apparent cavity in his chest, and promptly passed out due to shock.
Ga'dqa figured the duel was over before it had even begun, and promptly took his spare Combistick back and ripped off the prey's head.
He felt disappointed in the display of his prey, but a trophy is a trophy.
Maybe next time.
How do you intend to play your predator (as in, describe HOW you will act/play your predator)?
Ga'dqa would probably act like described. Observe and wait for a good moment, maybe intentionally revealing himself on occasion to add tension or put his prey on edge. In a duel he might give an opponent a better weapon then he uses. Simple stuff that I've already said.
Why should we whitelist you?
I've been playing for 6-ish months now on this server, on and off, and I think that roleplay is a welcome aspect in most if not all situations. Since the predator is, for all intents and purposes, a roleplay-oriented role, I'd love to see it used more often to provide that extra conflict that separates "Sit in medbay and drink coffee waiting for someone to stub their toe simulator 2018" from actual, exciting roleplay. I like making things spicy, and predator is pretty much a very easy way to make things spicy while not turning them into boring murderbone antagonists that nobody likes being put up against.

Are you currently banned from any other servers and if so, why?
Not that I can think of.
Do you understand that any player - donor or otherwise - can have their whitelist status revoked should they break our rules or disobey the Predator Code of Honor?
I would hope so.
