Yes, I've gone over it quite a few times throughout my stay in the server (initially for pure interest, more recently to ensure predators aren't breaking it, and now so that I memorize it if I get predator).


Character background (A very BRIEF description of your predators background):

Apologies for the long-ish read but I'd have difficulty playing the role properly if I didn't get it all written down.

Khla, a newborn Yautja that was born earlier than predicted. Khla, who had some 'pals' growing up in his clan, and was prone to wandering off, and had days where he'd sit at one place and stare for hours, and days equal where he couldn't keep still a minute. It was only fitting he be called Unpredictable, even though it was a bit of a misnomer, if you watched him long enough. He was just an explorer and a bit of a scholar at heart.


Khla, an eager, unblooded adolescent. The time for his first Hunt has begun. The hunting grounds are a game reserve, rife with a Xenomorph population carefully culled every now and then to ensure the hive is of optimal size. The equipment is shoddy, compared to what his elders would get - fairly sturdy armor, wristblades, some mines, his cloak, of course - but no guns. Today, he is dropped in the reserve with two other hopefuls with their own melee weapons of choice. After mutual wishes of a good hunt between each other, they split up. Each was attempting to gain their own glory, as is tradition. Khla headed for the trees.

From there, he could see all around him. He waited there for a time. There was prey abounds. One of the other two was a bit too brave for his own good and ended up falling to the Xenomorphs. The other was doing fine. Khla's first kill was on a whelp, a Runner-type. Khla, interested in how long one could last, coaxed it into chasing him for around an hour straight, before it collapsed of exhaustion. The xeno, in a bit of a frenzy and connected to a hivemind, worked itself to death. Khla, of course, never took credit and never mentioned this. It was nowhere near honorable. The second kill was on a large Hunter-type Xeno. He got the drop on the beast, and with his wristblades managed to outmaneuver the fierce, but cumbersome beast, and deliver a killing blow in a few key strikes. He took the head. When it was time to return, he found the other unblooded had somehow managed to kill a Ravager, for which he received great acclaim. Oh well.

Khla, now a blooded Yautja, works alone, as is tradition. He has still not taken a queen, which is his ultimate goal. Yet still, he continues his hunt for sport and honor, with a bit of curiosity mixed in. He found the Human race the most interesting due to their complex thinking compared to other pray, and enjoys watching them, putting them in specific situations, seeing how they'd react, even casting away his xenophobia somewhat and permitting chats with those he found particularly interesting, whether he ends up hunting them or not. When it came to honor and glory, however, he found that Xenomorphs, due to their reverence, were the best choice to hunt.

How do you intend to play your predator (as in, describe HOW you will act/play your predator. This will weigh HEAVILY and frequently breaking from this MAY result in removal)? I intend to focus on the RP side more than the combat side, at that is the most interesting to me. Talking to Marines deemed 'interesting' (which may be just totally random, I set no parameters for what this Yautja sees as interesting), observing them, etc. Not to say I will not ever fight, not at all. Given that this predator has a nearly insatiable desire for watching things deemed 'interesting', combat would likely begin with observation of the target as well, xeno or human, then continue with changing battle conditions, IE: removing one of their limbs and waiting for them to fight again, to see how long they last without it. It would all be quite... unpredictable (eh? eeeehh?), although murderbone is never on the agenda. Honor duels would also be, as an exception, pretty standard and without any 'tricks' as honor dictates!


Why should we whitelist you?

Because I'm a chill guy who stays out of trouble (obviously, or I wouldn't be a mod) and like to RP, especially with the unique angle Predators give. Might help dispel the "Predators just murderbone" complaint I see quite a bit.


Have you been banned from CM in the last month for any reason (we will check, and lies may result in immediate denial)?
The only thing I've had at all was a warning, and that wasn't in the past month. In fact, why not have a look yourself?

Although some may feel I don't need to explain that, I did not see the nest below the host during a Sulaco boarding so I assumed he was just a half-dead marine that needed finishing off.

Honestly, i'm starting to see a trend. You've went out of your way to mention your mod status multiple times throughout the application, you've just recently became eligible to apply and the background is bland and features a dishonorable kill. It's just not there with the other applications being accepted. You're fairly new to the community, don't rush it buddy.
