A different kind of art work

I like to build and paint aircraft models.
I mostly do WWII, I had many kits when I was younger but decided to start up again. I might also do a gundam kit here and there

I'm cheap and do not have an airbrush, so I mostly hand paint these with acrylic paint

Academy FW-190A4/A6 - Using midwar camo scheme 1943. This was painted making my own colors using cheap wal-mart $1.00 paint

Airfix - BF-109E4 - Using early war color scheme 1940/1941. I am painting this one using high quality Vallejo model paint with authentic KLM/Luftwaffe paint colors.

That looks pretty cool. Are there any particular models you look forward to working on?
Usually playing as Darwin 'D.J.' Jefferson, PFC (Private: Flare Carrier), or Smartgunner almost always out of ammo. Occasionally an RO who yearns for death, dealing with rampant jackassery of his coworkers.
Against my better judgement I decided to start making Youtube videos involving Colonial Marines. Channel

What you have so far is awesome and I know they’ll continue to be as such. Especially looking forward to pictures of the P-47D when you get to it my man.

The bf-110 because twin engine aircraft are a challenge
All my models are scale 1:72 so they’re a bit of a pain as opposed to 1:48 and 1:32

Probably wont be for awhile, I need to get my hand on some USA paint sets, and they're like $40.00 a set
RLM/GE is cheaper only $25.00 a set

Update on the I am a deutschebag model. I decided to go off the chain and do a little mix of different schemes. Kept a black propeller, but a yellow nose and tail. However I am adding a dark green top camo and will add some light grey top tones. I may or may not mottle this.

You would find planes that survived the Battle of Britain with these bastardized schemes
