Pred Council Voting

The staff has decided that we'll be moving forward with pred council ideas and will begin voting soon.

The general idea would be that I am taking discord pms and forum pms from people themselves who wants to be listed as candidate for the voting that will happen soon.

The general outline of what the new role will do:
- The council members will be a new role who might be elder or some rank in between elder and Youngblood.
- You're going to be expected to work on whitelists in a reasonable time, be active in the community.
- Expected to be able to talk with the staff team and the rest of the council when required.
- Probably talk about honor codes and things.

Extra details are going to be ironed out as the pred council idea progresses.

Hopefully we'll have a chance to express what we're looking to push for as the voting period begins.

Right, so I'll expand on what this exactly entitles and what the plans are. All predator players are going to vote up who they want to be part of this council from this list of people who have expressed the desire to be part of this group. The forum with the most votes are going to be given a seat in the predator council. Everyone is gonna get three votes for three different people, yourself excluded.

Pred Council will do the following:

• Review whitelists and determine if they will be accepted or denied.
• Representing the pred players and be the link between them and staff.
• Helping to deal with honor code breaches and honor code revisions.

Pred council isn't just busy work and if you want to help bring better predator and solve problems with them then this is the best way to.

• The pred council will be in direct contact with me. While I may be running certain changes past other head staff and devs, the majority of changes will be finalized by me. This will allow pred to be updated much faster and effectively.
• They'll be the ones keeping the honor code up-to-date, simple, and fair by writing and proposing changes. While they'll represent the pred player base, they are going pick what will be going in and what won't.
• Pred council players will receive a special in-game predator rank. While still under development, they will be a lite version of the current Elder rank. Though not above the honor code, they will have more freedom to help make rounds more interesting for other preds and the server as a whole.
