Bug Description:
You can wear the M56 smartgun sights without also having the powerpack equipped, allowing you to benefit from their minor night-vision properties without the drawpack of not having a backpack.
Steps to reproduce:
1. Equip Powerpack
2. Equip M56 sights
3. Remove Powerpack
And just like that, goggles and a free back slot.
