I've seen Roberto in allof the leadership roles across the Almayer.

I can see that he performs well in all of them including XO/SO.

I am familiar with this player in the role of the command staff. Usually rounds where hes part of it is a pleasant experience for combat and noncombat related crew.

I've seen Roberto a few times in the bridge whilst I've been XO/CL. Looks to be decent at his job but I've got a few issues with the proposed briefing.
Downvoting a quality application based on the briefing alone is ridiculous. As long as the objectives of the operation, as well as the tasks designated to the squads, are clearly stated, I don't see an issue at all. A commander's actual conduct when the boots hit the floor is the more important aspect.

My downvote was not purely because of the briefing, part of the reason of the downvote was the fact that I had not seen him in the bridge as much as I think someone could have been. The briefing layout and depth was indeed quality, but it sort of rang a bit too "made up" purely for the sake of this whitelist, I base my votes purely on known ability and competency when they are in the bridge, as such, the fact that I had not seen him as an XO often enough to give a verdict was my reasoning for the downvote.

The app was well formatted and exceptional in quality. Downvote purely on the unknown level of competency within the role which in my opinion all Commanders should be able to lead the Marines in a competent and concise manner.

That is all.

I don't have a problem with his feedback, it's valid criticism.

Thank you very much for those of you that have +1'ed me.

Overlord, I hope I get to play alongside you sometime soon.

I'm mixed about this, during a corrupted Xeno and PMC vs marine match, my only interaction with this player, he was the squad leader and killed a PMC who was talking to the squad about why they couldn't go into the colony. I felt he removed that player from the round unnecessarily and ruined an opportunity to build a setting.

Now this isn't enough for me to give a negative recommendation, because I might not know the entire story, but I really don't like how he would rather shoot first ask questions later when it results in a player being taken out of the round. Not only did this happen but he had no issue with the specialist in the squad chopping off the head of that PMC. What the spec did was power gaming that should have been handled IC, but Roberto being the only squad memeber with a higher rank did nothing to punish this. I gotta add that the commander specifically stated in his briefing to follow the rules of engagement, but yeah.

I don't want to give a review because I don't think I know this man well enough, but I feel I should share this.

Short answer to your question. I was under strict orders by the Commander to execute any and all individuals we found station side that got in our way. The PMC refused to budge on questions asked to him. All the SL's were given this secret order, and we were not allowed to discuss with anyone outside of our Sergeants, but only upon imminent death.

Edit: Not sure if the commander broadcasted it via Squad coms, but he kept on broadcasting via Command chat that we "Remember your assigned ROE" when we discovered the PMC's planetside and we asked him for direction.

Second edit: The command team recieved a communication from USCM command prior to brief. I can only imagine that this secret order was contained within that communicai.

Alright then I withdraw my complaint. I figured there might have been something I wasn't in on.

Right, after stalking rounds in observer mode.

My thoughts have shifted.

Quite happy to support with the +1.

Good luck Commander.
