Yes of course i do, In the immediate threat of the OP, the battlefield execution maybe carried out where other non-lethal procedures were unable to take place

Yes, i am not a MP or CMP

A figurehead in the mission at hand and a big tool in the success of the marine operation

If a member of your staff is disobeying orders, how would you handle it?
Give them a stern talking to or order there arrest if it was on the ship, if it is not on the ship during the combat mission and places other marines in danger i would order them to be brought to execution

Why should you be whitelisted?
I have played XO, CMP and PO primarily XO... i love being the XO and being in command of the operation and leading the soldiers to victory(even though i suffered 2 defeats recently which was hogwash, the score was wrong) but i am rambling on now, Commander requires a competant and capable leader able to bring morale and success to the marines... those who i play XO with have seen that im not only a competant leader but i also dont have stick up my *** making me look like a puppet

Low forum count + relatively new to forum, alongside not really knowing/or seeing you all that well is a negative from me, but i'll take what you've said about being an old player + people believing you competent at face value.

As such i'm going with neutral.

Other than that all i can say is give more in depth answers to the questions asked in the application and be more active on the forums.

The guidelines for CO applications state that you may not have any marine/crew role job-bans in the last 30 days, and since the appeal says you got it placed on the 21st of March, I'm guessing that this is going to be denied by staff.

Overall, I'd recommend being a bit more active both on the forums and in game.
Going to go with a -1 for now.

i see and you are correct, unfortunately the jobban that i did have was out of my hands... i do work a job and during that time i had to leave immediately due to my job calling me in.... but regardless it was my fault for not informing the staff during that time

I have seen you XO once, you did not to bad or good, but like an average XO. To be able to consider any whitelist role, you need to have other people know you, whether you are a mod or a normal player, this is expected for all of the community. You should work on making a reputation for now. Neutral leaning towards 1-.

I've seen you be rather decent in roles outside of command, haven't seen you be an XO or SO as far as I can remember. Your app is also super sparse. -1 for now

That's fair, usually most of the players that will see me are either in the mornings or late afternoons, i am never on during the days as i work a schedule from 8am-5pm CST. But i do say that in confidence that i will get a fair chance as anyone else

I could -1 you because the appeal itself doesn't show alot of info and is pretty bland and meh, but I gonna actually give a legitimate reason for my -1.

You don't seem to understand that you are not above marine law.

Yesterday I arrested you for neglect of duty(giving conflicting orders with the CO), Insubordination(failed to follow CO orders) and conduct unbecoming (you were an Executive officer.)
Not only you tried to run from me but was unable because of a synth stopped you, you also was ordering me arrested because I didn't comply with your orders of letting you walk freely while being dragged to brig.

When you are under arrest, the Military department outranks you, but you didn't seem to understand that. You are NEVER above marine law and this should be clear for anyone applying.

With that reason coupled with others, I am -1ing this.

That last portion of your statement isn't a really fair assessment, due to the fact that rhage is a actual name given in our current modern day times.... and you did not fairly say that to the others that applied to CO i.e Koth(if you wish me to name a handful of others i will do so)

morning around 4 - 7 am CST or 5 to 10 pm CST is my usually play times...... played last night as the xenomorph queen took on around 90 marines with 4 - 5 xenos was great
