Synthetic Character Story (An ADEQUATE description and story of your Synthetics actions and involvement in a previous mission onboard the Almayer):

Cha chunk. Cha chunk. Cha chunk.
Goldman strolled down the mostly empty hallways of the U.S.S Almayer, 'whistling’ an ever familiar tune - a favourite of his, per say. He stared down at his clipboard, peering through lines and lines of small, neatly formatted texts which read the same as always. Peak efficiency, the reactors were maintained, the dropships had been refueled, each prep room had their gear reloaded and restocked, but most importantly - no health and safety violations to be seen. Checking off each task and note with a bright smile, Goldman turned his head as he was called out to. It was the Chief Engineer in her custom painted 'Caterpillar P-5000 Work Loader' - the one he had modified to her liking.
“Aye, Goldman! Ya got a free moment for me?” The chief engineer yelled out, unbuckling herself from her work loader, as she rubbed her sweaty palms off on her pants, "Got something you're overqualified to do - assuming you're free"
“‘Allo, Chief! I've got nothin' on me 'board, jobs are all done! Wotcha got planned for me now, bosslady?” Goldman replied, clipping his board to his belt, his hands clasping behind his back as he scanned the woman in front of him. Correct personal protective equipment, uniform tucked in properly, a finely pressed hazard vest, a white hard hat with some custom decals, some welding goggles strapped over the hard hat and most importantly - tools clipped and secured properly. ""Haps the boss lady is fixin' for a hand in a redesign of her luv-la home department?" Goldman continued, wiping dust off his shoulder.
The chief shook her head and let out a laugh before speaking up again, “Hah. Lovely accent as always, guv'nah. Redesign isn't in the schedule anytime soon, Commander wants all our resources focused on that hanger right 'bout now. Anyways, I need ya to go park this 'loader in the hanger and clean up a bit. It's been a mess with the new DS overhauls and I can't be fucked to do it. Keep the modules and scrap where they are, just get rid of oil slicks, random shit on the ground - you know the drill. Sound good?”
“Alrigh’ bosslady, cunsider it done, yup,” Goldman said as the Chief gave him a clasp on the shoulder, quickly walking past him and down the hallway., “I’ll 'ave this logged 'n noted right away!” He called out to the chief, grabbing his clipboard as he swiftly wrote down his new task. Park the work loader in a maintenance bay, clean up any oil slicks and secure 'random shit'. He made a note to mark down tripping hazards in a seperate box, ‘Unsecured objects and slippery surfaces.’ Clipping the board back to his belt, Goldman rolled his sleeves halfway up his arms and pulled himself into the work loader. Buckling himself in, he grasped the controls and lightly ‘warmed up’. Almost like a (un)natural extension of his own body, as he stomped down the hallway, turning on the workloader’s hazard lights as he passed by other personnel on the ship.

It wasn’t long before he was already past medbay, continuing his stomping all the way to the hanger. The first thing he noticed was the mess that was left around the place, decommissioned modules, tools, cables, pipes, fuel tanks and an old Vindicator drop pod that was being replaced with a brand new dropship. Slowing down the work loader, he moved to the nearest maintenance bay and walked in. Goldman moved his power loader over a docking and recharging clamp, facing the ‘loader forward and powering it off. It slumped down and he unbuckled himself, staring around the bay he was in. Oil covered the floor, there was a welder without it’s cap on, and exposed wire from an uprooted floor tile. Walking over to the exposed wire, he slid the floor tile back over and firmly pressed down on it. ‘Shock risk, exposed wire in a maintenance bay’ he noted in his mind, turning to look around the room once more.
His attention was interrupted by loud roaring and cheering. He smacked his hands together and stood up straight, cocking his head as he looked out of the bay. Curiously, there was a group of marines forming a circle near the centre of the hanger. He wiped his uniform down and walked in the direction of the group of marines, noting each oil slick, exposed wire, and tripping hazard he came across. He crept up to a man on the outskirts of the group that he'd recognize from a mile away, “Morn’, bruvh Wooki,” he whispered, tapping the man on the shoulder, “Got a spare 'gar for me?”
Wooki looked back at him, nodding. “Aye, ol’chap. One just for you. Hope you like Cubans” Wooki muttered, fishing a brown case from his pocket, as he cracked it open and shoved a cigar into Goldman's hand. “I'm sure you're popping by to check out the fight - eh. Nothing bad, it's just for fun I reckon.” Goldman nodded in response, shoving the cigar into his mouth and biting down on it. He watched the group of men intently, peering through the gaps inbetween each one. There wasn’t any fists being thrown, perhaps just another friendly wrestling match to disperse. He slid his blow torch out of his pocket, fired it up and held it in front of his cigar.
“Cheers, bruv. I’ll ‘andle it.” Goldman said, strolling up to the group of men as he gently pushed his way through them, a smile on his face as he reached the centre of the group. A corporal and a private were wrestling each other, as the group cheering them on stopped as Goldman walked into the centre.. He knocked on the back of his clipboard loudly before yelling out, “VIOLATIN’ HEALTH 'N SAFETY INNIT? THAT AIN'T RIGHT! GO ON STOP IT AND CLEAR OUT!”
The private and the corporal pushed away from each other, a friendly informal shake of the hand was had as the corporal walked up to Goldman. “Ayo, toaster, what’s the deal man? Nuthin’ got hurt, nuthin’ got busted. What’s the problem wit a lil fight club between the boys, yeah?” The corporal spat out, wiping his forehead. Goldman lightly nodded his head as his databases churned out a unique response.
“The problem, bruv Noah, is that the first rule of fight club is…” Goldman stated, as the engineer in front of him leaned back in disbelief, shouting something, “...Don’t talk about fight club.” The marines around had a couple of laughs, the engineer letting out a prolonged ‘wow’. Goldman made a shooing gesture, speaking up once again, “Get lost, if ya could.” Staring around, he watched as the men slowly shuffled off back towards their prep rooms. Another safety hazard removed from the premise. Goldman took out his clipboard and began to fill in several boxes.
Health and Safety Violations: Fifty one.
That was better than the usual, at any rate. He wrote down a detailed recap of what he saw and did, before clipping the board back to his belt. He looked around the hanger. It'd take a long time to clean.

A long while later, Goldman walked into the brig after being summoned over the radio. The Chief MP waved him over and crossed his arms. “Right. Synth, you were there - what happened in the hanger? Some sort of fight?” The chief spit on the floor and scowled at Goldman, looking him up and down.
“Got it right 'ere, bossman! Written and logged, alrigh’.” Goldman said, holding out the clipboard to the Chief.
“Call me warrant officer, and drop the slang if you would. I'm not fond nor acquainted with it.” The warrant officer barked out, snatching the clipboard from Goldman and peering over it. Glaring at Goldman, the warrant officer held the clipboard back out. “Go out there and look for blood. If there isn't, I'll leave it as is.”
“Logged and noted, shouldn't be too long Warrant Officer. Enjoy yourself” Goldman said with a smile, grabbing the clipboard and leaving the brig.
How do you intend to play your Synth (as in, describe HOW you will act/play your Synth and what support roles you’ll mainly focus on, what is your synthetics quirk)?
Goldman is a synthetic designed to be used in an industrial setting as a safety stickler, given a light, flavourful cockney accent that can result in a bugged voice modulator at times, which can be 'toggled on and off' if needed, and a limited understanding of modern slang, he'd take an a focus on safety, limited banter, and logging and noting information in a folder or a clipboard. Given his industrial background, he'd be inclined to call his fellow workers brother or sister, officers supervisors or managers, and the heads of department bossman/lady, though if the person in question would prefer their usual title, he'd be more than happy to change.
In short, I want to freshen up the roster and focus more so on a synthetic that isn't obvious from robotic animations and archaic speech patterns, but one that is easy to tell they're synthetic given the thematically inappropriate mannerisms.
GOLDMAN'S SKILLS AND COMPETENCY
How familiar are you with support roles? (ie; Medical, MT, Science, SO)
I've played enough medical to be regarded as a competent, if not better, personnel when it comes to surgery or just treating, as well as a base knowledge of chemistry - but not perfect. For MT, I've always played engineer on other ss13 servers, most knowledge carrying over nicely, with many engineering related roles under my belt. As well, I’ve played many a MT/CE round and could fix the tank, prepare the dropship, and load OBs if needed.. I've played many rounds as an SO, or just using the console given my current whitelist as commander, and have played around in requisitions enough to be familiar with everything inside of it. As well, I am proficient with everything pilot related, being the lad Tophatpenguin had test it out with him on the private server when it first came out. For research? Eh..it doesn't actually exist anymore, but I did have a small grasp on it when it did come out. Unless this includes making grenades and testing chems, which I can handle well.
To sum it up quickly, I am excellent with engineering and command related duties, quite good at medical related fields and proficient with requisitions, dropship and PO duties.

Why should we whitelist you?
I personally believe that I would be able to add a not seen before synth personality to CM, and roleplay it effectively. While I have done LRP things in the past, especially a recent ban with tear gas, I have roleplayed event characters and commander well in the past, and I'd be able to do well with a synthetic role.

I threw a tear gas grenade into briefing as a PFC when it ended because a SO thought it'd be a good idea. I believe that is it.
