Of course. I wouldn't be posting this whitelist, if I wouldn't be familiar with the Synth rules... wouldn't I?
I am aware of the Synth combat restrictions, and of the fact that it must follow Marine Law flawlessly.

Synthetic Character Story:

Cassie's personality makes her a humble synth which is extremely protective with it's crew. Since she's unable to use ranged weaponry, and because her programming prioritises healthcare and engineering jobs, this means that you'll usually find Cassie on the FOB, building up defences and manning the personally-built field hospital. She prioritises helping the wounded above anything; even though you have just a bruise, she'll abandon anything to come heal you up.
She will also collect any unsecured weaponry and ammunition on the Almayer, in order to prevent harm to the marines. She'll just take the weapons back to the prep rooms. She'll do this after she's done with her other jobs.
I plan on doing engineering and medical jobs while playing Cassie, especially planetside and on the frontlines, where the Synth's high pain-tolerance and high engineering expertise will make building cade lines a very easy job. If the FOB is well-built and there are no wounded soldiers, I will try to engage in RP with the CIC staff, CL, or the Researcher.
How familiar are you with support roles?
Requisitions: I have played CT and RO for quite some time. I can load supplies on the pads and Alamo fast enough, and I order only stuff useful for the marines, avoiding wasting Req points.
Medical: I have played a lot of Medical roles, on CM and other SS13 servers. I enjoy surgery and chemistry, and I can brew chems and finish surgeries quite fast. I've never OD'd someone, and I only perma-lost 2 patients. I love being a squad medic aswell, but the constant double-teaming kills my fun.
Engineering: Apart from Command roles, this is my favourite department to play in. Engineering is very fun for me, and I get creative with FOB layouts, and sometimes I build secondary R&R rooms as CE. I'm fairly experienced in Engineering, and I've played Atmos Tech and Engineer roles on other stations; I enjoyed optimising Atmospherics (with a space-cooled Waste loop, with an optional cooler loop), and optimising the SM crystal to max capacity. I enjoy CM engineering aswell.
Security: I've played MP and CMP several times, and I really enjoyed it. I love performing interrogations, and great investigations, looking for evidence in order to arrest someone. MP is a RP role aswell, in my opinion; you get to know the survivors, record them in the security database, accept their bribes when you see them murdering the CO etc.. I enjoy playing as a detective-like MP.
Command: That's one fun, but demanding and tricky, department for me. I really enjoy playing XO and SO; I can make good battle-plans as a XO, change the said plan depending on the circumstances, and I can Overwatch more than 2 squads. I used to be a very try-hard SO when I played as one, ordering constant regroups and pushes; nowadays I tend to be a more relaxed one, giving the XO information, launching SB's and OB's and suggesting pushes, regroups, retreats etc.
Research: On low-pop, if I play a Researcher, I try to do surgeries, chemistry and such, so I get to oil up Medical and make the Medbay less of a hell for marines. On high-pop I try making interesting chem combos, like super-lethal toxins, combat-stims and I try RP'ing dissections on alien corpses, eventually testing transmitters and radios on live aliens to find out the Hivemind's frequency, in a bad effort for Research RP.
Overall, I am quite familiar with support roles. I feel that I'm actually better at all of them compared to combat; that's why I'm choosing to write the Synth app, rather than the CO app.
Why should we whitelist you?
I believe that I am a good support role player, and a good RP'er.
I can provide both efficient support for marines, by doing Requisitions jobs, keeping the marines' health in check and doing surgeries, and providing top-notch engineering work, and I believe that I can provide good roleplay. I do tend to be a try-hard sometimes, especially when playing command, by pushing the marines to charge constantly, or when playing doctor, choosing to heal as many marines as possible, and as fast as possible.
If I would get whitelisted, as a Synth, I could do all these support jobs, with great efficiency. If all support departments do not require help, CIC is completely manned, and the FOB doesn't require a field hospital or engineering work, I can try to help the MP's with forensics, especially if they're dealing with survivors, or I can try RP'ing with the command staff, CL and marines with Cassie's original quirk.

I've never been banned on CM.
Are you currently banned from any other servers and if so, why?
No, I haven't been banned from any SS13 server.
Do you understand that any player - donor or otherwise - can have their whitelist status revoked should they break our rules or the Synthetic Programming Guideline?
I am completely aware of this fact, and I don't plan breaking the rules or the Synth Programming Guidelines if I get whitelisted.
