Being ultra-active for the past months, I heavily reduced my playtime on CM in the past weeks. Now, I'll just stop it.

Perhaps I'll come back in a few weeks, in a few months ? Dunno, not wondering right now.

This community is awesome. Salty, but absolutely not toxic, which is the first time I see this in years of videogaming, but the direction that this game is taking is not my speed.

A videogame is made to be enjoyed. The rogue-like aspect is thrilling, dying means being taken out of the round : BAM. Just like that. It made a challenge, it meant something. Being the lad that does his part, and contributes to a victory that wasn't meant to be won.

Right now, the game is still evolving, metas are being created, then broken, then new metas are created, to be broken just after.

The disenjoyment of the rounds started the day the Queen got overbuffed. Xenos had no meaning to play, because, why should you play while the Queen can do 3 times your results, while still being a baldiefuckface ? Xenos can't do shit. They get roflstomped, then, the Queen leaves her ovi, and roflstomp the marines for 30 minutes before returning to ovi, then it's back again if the Xenos can't win with the rest of the marines still alive groundside or shipside. Great rounds, great fun.

For lore reasons, things are added. For gameplay reasons, other things are added. But choices are made.. and are not the most logical, especially if stated for lore reason, while for gameplay reasons we have some childlocks and other barriers *wink wink*.

Anyway, that's the end, or at least a temporary end for me here.
