Thats what player reports are for. I very RARELY have issues with MP's.

Then you haven't dealt with Jack Knight, friend. They are pretty notorious validhunters.

I remember when the laws were changed to let people be arrested for leaving gear out in prep, because why not I guess, I saw people join as MP and fucking leg it all the way over to the prep rooms ASAP just to catch SL's leaving their gear out for squad marines. MP validhunters are a very real thing, some of them are staff and some of them aren't, marine law appeals to people that get off to that kind of thing so there's not too much to be done about it.
