Supply Crates

Summary (a quick, 2-3 sentence summary):Scale attachments crates with population.

Benefits (How this will benefit the server and game as a whole):
Some QoL for cargo, you've got a bunch of latejoins clambering for attachments so you order some, only to find they come with one of each attachment, maybe two of some.
Details (Description of how you think this would work, the benefits, etc):
It would allow cargo to better resupply the attachments vendor in high pop and avoid riots from not having enough attachments for all the latejoins.
Implementation (Optional, if you have an idea how to implement it):
Yell at a dev.

+1, can be scaled on a ration using count_marine % 25 + 1 or something to make sure it always give a minimum and splits the amount for every 25 crewmember.

+1. CM needs to either scale the crate contents or requisition points/req point generation with the server population. The latter is probably the easier and better approach.

What happens when you have changing influx of players though? 50/200 players enter the game and at rounds end there are 200/50 players in the game. do you scale the crates during the game with the round pop?

It's most likely just for the start. It's best we use another suggestion for point increase across the round.
