The ability to put Messons or Welding Goggles on helmets

Post by DeadLantern » 16 Jan 2017, 11:40

Summary (a quick, 2-3 sentence summary):
You can now put Welding Goggles or Optical Messons (The green things that make you see) on your helmet, as if it was a ballistic goggle.

Benefits (How this will benefit the server and game as a whole):
Save engineers the trouble of what to put in their eye slot or not, as well as increasing the use of Optical Messons for Engineers, thus bringing in a new type of gameplay and more Sniper Oriented players.

Details (Description of how you think this would work, the benefits, etc):
Just click the helmet and boom, it's on the helmet.

Implementation (Optional, if you have an idea how to implement it):
Copy the code for the ballistic Goggles or helmet and impose it on the Welding Goggles and Messons.
Here kitty, kitty, kitty. Meow. Here, Jonesy.

+1, that would be nice for various reasons and situations.
CM was obviously inspired by Starcraft: Ghost opening. At least when marines takes too long to deploy.

I just want them to show on the helmet when flipped up so I don't have to take them off if needed

If we can put the ballistic goggles on the helmet, why not the other types of goggles?

+1, but then i also want to put my sunglasses on my helmet as well. It feels sad to leave my glasses, but little steps i guess.

But seriously, does uh, anyone know the way out?!

+1, especially for the engies goggles. Because putting it magically between your skull and your helmet is... Impossible ?
