"Did something just hit us!?" Sulaco shudders and lights flicker when rammed by Rasputin

Summary (a quick, 2-3 sentence summary): Essentially the title, when the Rasputin rams into the Sulaco, the ground shudders like when the orbital cannons are fired and the lights flicker on and off once or twice. Perhaps an accompanying noise can be played.

Benefits (How this will benefit the server and game as a whole): Adds to the sense of urgency and realism when the shuttle slams into the ship. More immersion is more fun!

Details (Description of how you think this would work, the benefits, etc): Not sure how the shudder effect is created but when that plays it could say in red text either "It feels as if something massive just hit the Sulaco!" or, as I prefer, "What the Hell? Did something just hit us?" for a more personal touch.

Implementation (Optional, if you have an idea how to implement it): Punch Josh in the nads coding magic.

Pretty damn cool idea, and it's pretty much just reusing some of the same code we use for the Sulaco cannon firing.

+1 With the Sulaco shaking that is already avaliable codewise.
It may be too laggy with lights flickering though. Perhaps random areas have their lights break instead.

Jall has a point here.

The shaking won't cause much lag, but lighting code is notorious for taking up a lot of processing space even on other code bases. Lights on the /entire sulaco/ flickering on and off rapidly? Thats a lag fest waiting to happen, and on a server that boasts 100+ players on a good day, you don't want anymore lag from one of the laggiest parts of SS13 next to atmos.

Maybe like the lights blowing out event in normal SS13 on a small portion of the ship? But not flickering lights on the entire ship.
