Lower the eyepatches accessory points(not a priority)

Summary (a quick, 2-3 sentence summary):lower the eyepatch from taking all 5 points to only taking 3. Now we can have 1 eye Jenkins be an avid cigar smoker while protecting his missing sense

Benefits (How this will benefit the server and game as a whole):no game changing benefits besides being able to get more accessories then just the eyepatch

Details (Description of how you think this would work, the benefits, etc):lower the eyepatch accessory point to 3 rather then 5
