Allow SADAR To Be Unloaded

Summary: Allow a SADAR operator to be able to unload their SADAR, the unloading process should be lengthy (ten to twenty seconds) so as to discourage unloading the weapon but not deny it.

Benefits: Changing battlefield conditions can precipitate the need to alter ammunition types for many weapons, the SADAR included. Certain warhead types perform better or worse depending on the locale and circumstances. Right now a SADAR operator can be left at a disadvantage if they are forced into a situation where their loaded warhead is inappropriate for the situation.

The benefits of this change would allow a SADAR operator to alter their warhead type, however the punishment for this is that unloading should be a lengthy process that takes ten to twenty seconds to finish, and that's before actually loading a new warhead into the SADAR.

This would give the SADAR more flexibility but it will still heavily encourage the operator to avoid swapping warheads due to the long downtime they will suffer from.

This sounds like a good idea, and the drawback sounds reasonable to me +1

I heard in game that you can just put another rocket into the SADAR and it'll pop out the old one

+1. I know it's supposed to be a balance thing, but Sadar's already limited by both having little ammo, creating a large smoke screen on explosion (harder to shoot the xenos it actually hits, especially since you need to click on their sprite to shoot a downed xeno) and harming anyone who's directly behind you. I think we can get rid of this little restriction, it's not exactly a game changer but a QOL change

+1 QOL really. As people have said Sadars need to be able to adapt. Swapping ammo shouldn't unbalance the weapon and would make the spec using its life a better.
