Allow Mess Hall Vending Machines To Dispense MREs

Summary: Allow the mess hall vending machines to dispense USCM MREs to Marines.

Benefits: USCM MREs are a very effective food item as they hold four pre-packaged food stuff and the MRE can be slotted into your helmet. This can be great for extended operations. Sadly only a few MREs spawn in the mess hall and there is not enough for everyone. While I would enjoy if they are standard issue but I think allowing Marines to acquire more in game would be a great boon.

+ 1, it would make sense that marines would be given MRE's in extended operations.

+1 I don't see why not. But if nutrition is a problem, I was told that the way nutrition works, you get the most out of a food item in the first 2 bites; and since protein bars are gone in 2 bites, 2 protein bars will completely fill you up
