There are so many fun little gimmicks for marines and none for aliens...sigh.

There's literally no reason not to add gimmicks like these, they don't affect balance.

Aliens can dance and it serves both as a way to mock marines for their inability to dance and as an actual strategy (see: crusher dancing).

If we're using non-health a safety matches which can strike on anything if it has enough friction this would be fine.
