Automatic 'New players may no longer enter the game' when Evac shuttle called.

Summary (a quick, 2-3 sentence summary): Pretty much automatically toggle the 'New players may no longer enter the game.' thing that prevents people from joining as a marine when the evac shuttle is called.

Benefits (How this will benefit the server and game as a whole): Should kinda help the round end once the shuttle is called.

Details (Description of how you think this would work, the benefits, etc): Not sure if I can add anymore things to this. I am looking forward to what others think about the idea, not sure if it is a good idea or not. Just throwing it out there.

Implementation (Optional, if you have an idea how to implement it): Code

I mean, usually mods and admins toggle this every round when the Aliens take control of Cryo. Not usually when the shuttle is called, but I guess it makes sense

This should be activated for when xenos invade the Sulaco, not when evac is called.

Thats usually when its activated anyway by administration from what ive seen when I have played.

+1, it actually states that the cryo'd personal are being embarked, sooo...

All in all, it's convenient for staff and realist.
CM was obviously inspired by Starcraft: Ghost opening. At least when marines takes too long to deploy.

I really dig this. If admins wont have to bother with this they can focus on more important stuff +1

Highly feasible with the current setup imo. Punishes the marines if they try to evac too soon and easely implementable. Still giving my +1.
