ok but, find input people are willing to listen to and actually makes sense first, lol. nothing is wrong with hunting traps and wrist scims are exactly what they are.

preds are super easy to fight, im not saying i 1v2 them on a regular basis, but, theyre not just, >shoot and hope die
bait them into claymores, get a couple of idiots with BC M41As with AP rounds, much more common than you think
an M56D will do work, it always does, explosives hurt, shoot them with a tank, uhh, light them on fire with blue flame
blue flame will insta-crit preds, most times
you ever disarm intent push a pred over? i have, they dislike it because it makes them vulnerable for half a moment

lurkers just need to aim for face and the pred will probably SD faster than you can kill it
theyre not immune to boiler acid spray, nor prae spray
crushers will demolish predators as well

i havent fought preds recently, so, idk if theyve been buffed as people are saying but i have killed them, i have watched people kill them, and i continue to watch them die.

theyre not that bad, idk what to tell u guys

Hunting traps are easy to land and if it catches you will die 99.99% of the time.
"Nothing wrong" might hold up since the rest of the pred arsenal is also deady, but having them spawn on LZ is very questionable.

the best crusher on the server cant 1v1 a pred without the pred losing connection.

Lurker can get a pred with pure luck or the most unrobust pred on the server maybe.

Spray knocks them down for half a second then the boiler would get rekt so hard its not even funny. Prae will never hit a pred with spray that isn't surrounded by 15 xenos already.

I don't think you have ever fought a pred 1on1 as a xeno.

and if you mean as a giant murderball then ya 15on1 isn't that hard.

The point is that crusher ram literally fucks a predator.

The point of spray isn't the stun... it's that predators have near zero burn resist, and a single spray WILL fuck a predator up.

I'm not gonna lie I was a young boiler and I just kept acid spraying a pred while defenders kept tail sweeping him. I was told in dchat once I died during the almayer boarding that with just like 3 sprays and the defenders tailsweeping we put the pred in the red zone. We obviously killed the pred but yeah. Preds have almost no burn resistance or acid resistance. Nothing on this server has it really except the fire suit lol.

There was a time when I thought that preds were OP but they really fucking aren't.
If you think predators are OP you're dumb.

Last week me and Matt killed 12 of them, of course we died few times but we did it.

It's braindead easy,
if you land a head hit on a pred with a machete and KO the pred you have enough time to take his mask and kill him. Not even talking about BC PBs or BC AP bursts, Blue flames & invisible left hand flamer sprite or Offscreen Rockets.

And xenos that say preds are overpowered just honestly git gud.
You're able to kill a pred as a mature runner if you have a good reaction time and I saw it already.
Rav charges and Boiler Acid - they are devastating.
buffed Prae acid crits a pred in 10~ hits - 4 tile range.
And I also killed a few as an elder defender, tailsweep and headbutt spam does more damage than you think.
Same with warrior punches.

What else survives what you just described?
If a human being is able to deal that much damage, then something that can deal EVEN MORE damage, run FASTER, and tank MORE damage, then therefor it is OP.

I would say anything that can punch a xeno to death with its bare hands might qualify as op. What do I know though.

... Yeah I just agreed to that previously. Pred > Xeno > Marine, since you need to outplay the higher-race to win a fight through superior movement/tactic/whatever.
But Murray's like that so I guess it's fine.

Pred is supposed to be better than any xeno, or marine. It's like the basic of lore. Few predators who can give powerfull buffs to either side if captured/killed and with objectives to hunt. How they are not supposed to counter any single xeno with that in mind?

You're retarded Murray. A predator is meant to be stronger than a xeno or a marine. Not stronger than fucking several elder T2 and mature T3. Neither against a blueflame pyro spec with two or three buckshotting marine.
A predator is faster/stronger/more resistant and has better weaponery than a marine therefor it is stronger than a marine.

If you can't understand that and just say "Yeah but I kill predators" then congratulation you've outplayed a predator that was apparently worse than you. Which means you just played better, you didn't have better stats.

I'll just be done talking with you unless you find something useful to say beside some random pictures whch doesn't even back-up your motives but just prove even further you're just an ego-stroking ill teenager on a computer.

Without limitations, a predator will win most fights. Cloak casting, unrestricted use of traps, spike launchers, and plasma pistols. With the stats to back this up, a predator can simply have the staying power to stun the competition to death, and finish them off without a word.

This is where the honour code comes in play, this turns the obviously OP faction into something little more than a loot pinata. The honour code limits the 'OP' faction to using tools that are decidedly weaker than HPCs, and hunting traps, and cloak casting. I have no problem 1v1ing anything as a predator, but the problem comes in with RNG and group combat. If there's group combat, I just leave. Predators aren't intended to dive into groups, and if they do they just become walking self destructs. Most people who brag about killing preds do it through a group, or RNG, neither of which is very impressive.

Tl;dr, preds are easily to kill in situations where they are intended to die, blobs or pure RNG

Pretty much this. It was a 1on1 situation with maskedman and he was trapped in Big Red engineering while a group of marines were trying to get through a door to save him. Honestly if he didn't get that lucky knockout I probably would have won.

Down here salt is the way of life

Literally the only thing that I am trying to say is that preds aren't super strong (not talking about players behind them)

And people still complain that they're overpowered, that's the point of this thread.

Cut the toxicity and get your shit together, thanks.
