Faxes are planned to get responded to alot more, as for blatant law breaking, without good reason it would go against new guidelines.

I don't like the concept of whitelists for marine roles. It doesn't make the player(s) any better ...just rarer.

CO is a role with a lot of power, the whitelist is to keep complete baldies from joining as CO and fucking shit up
