How do you turn paper into other colours? I've seen people creating some pink paper, but I've never seen it laying around...

The "pink" paper is actually a carbon copy sheet, when you click on the paperbins you can get carbon paper, when you right click on that you can tear the carbon copy off, it'll have the exact same writing on as the original it was taken off of. Useful for letting people have copies of stuff without having to use a photocopier

I didn't see anything about Engineers or The Pilot in our lore, but that doesn't mean they don't exist in universe. The lore that the wiki has isn't all that fleshed out, but that may be to allow more freedom.

The binoculars can be changed mode from tact to rangefinding mode if you right click on them. Rangefinders when used give you coords for mortars, OBs and SBs. Tacts for CAS

Most obvious way is the printscreen key. Crop with some editing software (or just paint).

Personally, I use Windows Snipping tool. I don't want the whole window usually.

Else, there is the Print Screen button on your keyboard which will capture your entire monitor.

Finally there is a screenshot command, which you can access from right clicking the title bar. It also has a shortcut of F2.

I'm wasn't talking about situations when I commited a crime. Last time it happened I asked for a hand laberer, no crimes involved.

If you haven't committed a crime, then they shouldn't be restricting you from going between cryo, mess hall, prep area, requisitions and briefing. Sure, they can tell you you can't go to medbay if you're not injured, or that you shouldn't be loitering in the upper deck, but they shouldn't forbid you from your typical key areas without an important reason. That being said, MPs are higher in the chain of command than any marine, and MPs have the same rank as a SL, they can pull a rank on you, at least to an extend.

Is the M4A3 Pistol or any non-revolver side arm for that matter, need to be wielded in both hands to be effective? Or can you use them with one hand and still get satisfactory results?

No, they can be fired effectively with only one hand. Might get a little recoil, but you're fine unless you decide to dual wield, in which case you'll need attachments.

Is there a way to set macros to change which limb/bodypart you're targeting? Some codebases have that as a default in hotkey mode
