No, only server i've ever been banned on was Yog for reading WGW on station bound.

If a player was shooting everyone in briefing at round start how would you deal with the situation?

Tell him to stop. If he keeps going after I warn him, i'll explain that he's being banned and ask if he has anything to say, then carry out the ban.

You notice that an alien is breaching the Nostromo and is unable to seal it with resin. How would you deal with this and what punishment would you give for a first offender?

Explain to them that breaching is against the rules, ask him to read the rules closely. I wouldn't ban him because I was once in that situation and I wasn't banned. Fill it in with a reinforced wall.

The marines want the nuke codes to detonate the Nostromo because they claim they are losing too many marines. There are currently, 4 aliens, and 20 marines in your /who. What do you do?

Deny it, say that Centcom ran out of nukes or can't waste any of it.

A Sulaco Medic has made several napalm grenades and hands them out to marines. One of the marines throws the grenade into Logistics. There are no admins or other moderators online. What do you do?

Explain to said marine that logistics is friendly. Tell him to stop now or he can have a nice ban. The medic should have been stopped after or even before he handed out the first grenade though. Alert the the medic if he continues, he's getting banned. Then just write him and the other player up in the notes no matter what.

Additional information you'd like to add:

I've got no experience with being a mod, but i'm not a complete idiot. I won't ban 30 people for no reason and then delete the map. The reason i've tried to apply for moderator on CM is because I could use experience as a mod, and I play CM a lot, so why not apply for a mod on CM.
