Yes. I was permad, banned for two days, and then also banned for 3 hours for gassing briefing with tear gas. Believe that's it

Common Staff Situations:
Write a description of what you would do in each of the following situations. Do not write on the same line as the situation - use the space below it or make space as needed. Failure to do this proves your inability to follow instructions and your application will be automatically denied.

1. A player randomly shoots someone at round start and MPs have detained him.
Most likely IC issue, check notes, if repeated take sequential steps (warn -> 3 hour -> 1 day -> 3day -> week -> week + perma)

2. The ship has a breach to space and a bunch of players have died or are dying as a result.
Check to see if it wasn’t event, if it wasn’t fix + aheal effect, find out who did it and apply note, ban if on purpose. Ship shouldn’t be breachable, though.

3. You see a player walking around the ship naked and clearly lost.
Get a mentor, help him myself if no mentors + not in combat.

4. A player is being very rude to you in Adminhelps and requesting to speak to an Admin+ staff member.
Get an admin+, via msay or ping slack.

5. You notice a player with a name that doesn't fit our naming rules. The player is arguing that: They've used the name for several years, no one has told them to change it before, and that they didn't know it was a rule.
Tell him it doesn’t matter, change it - ignorance is not an excuse. Warn + note.

6. You see a Maintenance Tech running around in armor and carrying a rifle. The security level is green with no threat present.
IC Issue.

7. You see a Squad Medic performing surgery on the planet. He claims it was because there were no doctors in the FOB.
Mechanically impossible, assuming it was, warn + note. If applicable, sequential steps.

8. The round is stagnating. There are 30 marines and 4 aliens. The marines won't leave the ship, and the aliens won't attack. What would you do, to "encourage" the sides to engage each other?
Queen mother + SM the highest ranking marine, or let an admin handle it.

9. The round ends, a MARINE starts shooting a hostile CLF member and the CLF member Adminhelps complaining he was killed after the round ended.
Non issue, not EORG if hostile.

10. A marine is running around disarming, punching and stealing gear at round start.
IC Issue, if no MPs and excessive, SM to knock it off.

11. A marine has killed another marine. When you ask him why, he said it was because the other marine had punched him.
Improper escalation, apply note and ban depending on previous punishments.

12. An issue arises that requires Admin+ abilities.
Ping on slack or use msay.

13. There are minor racist comments going on IC. 9 of the 10 people are laughing and RPing but one player gets offended and Adminhelps about it.
Say in looc to chill with it, no notes given due to how light it is.

14. A marine opens fire at round start in briefing killing multiple marines and instantly logs off.
3 day ban, or week and perma if repeated.

15. You see a player playing a xeno larva/chestburster run towards the frontlines and die.
Xeno jobban since they ran at the front lines on purpose.

16. You see a xeno memeing, saying AYYLMAO, REEEEEE etc in hivemind chat.
If its excessive, tell them to knock it off, add note. Jobban depending on notes.

17. A xeno player calls the shuttle a "dropship". A different xeno player complains to you that it's metagaming/failRP to call it a "dropship".
Tell them its a non issue, hivemind is a direct english translation

18. A Command staff player at briefing near round-start mentions there are aliens on the planet.
PM him, warn him for metagaming, add note

19. A Marine kills another Marine on the EVAC Pod to take the last spot and claims it was RP as he was saving himself.
IC issue if the pod had three people (or else it is murderboning), I have been told in the past by headstaff that you don't always have time to roleplay out murder in a dire situation such as an evac pod, so a wordless buckshot blast may be warranted.

20. You see a fellow staff member give wrong information in an Adminhelp or incorrectly enforcing a rule.
If a genuine mistake, use msay to correct them. If intentional, tell their manager.

21. You see a player talking in OOC chat about what he did with your mom last night.
Just don't give a shit.

Can't say I know what it was like when you were apart of staff, but I do know that you have experience with moderation and dealing with toxicity.

Great person to talk to. I was around when El Defaultio was a staff member before, but I unfortunately didn't have the pleasure of talking to him until only recently. I know he can definitely handle himself being a part of the staff team without a doubt. If you've seen his community interaction on both forums and on the Discord alongside his in-game presence, you'll know that he stands out in the CM-SS13 community as an outstanding member.

Sleepy's a good mod, Show'ed me a couple of the ropes when i was a tmod then quit staff for reasons and continued to show me some ropes as a moderator regardless, Came back, Stuff happened, Got fired for what i'm just gonna assume was gross incompetence or bending the laws of powersliding too much and is now applying again.

Yes, this is a very important question that I will answer in detail. My favourite bane blade variant has to be the Plague Reaper because as you know, it is a baneblade that has been modified to grant Nurgle's gift. This is important because as everyone knows, the corpse emperor's baneblades are lame and dumb and shoot normal cannon round or socks at people. Nurgle took a peek at the Geneva convention and said "yeah how about we don't" and got his followers to make something that just is a walking violation of everything known to mankind, but a walking work of wonder for Nurgle. Unlike a cannon shell, after the plague reaper fires, the effects can carry on, given the way disease works, and can ruin tightly packed formations of anything that isn't a robot. On top of this, having cancer fired at you in liquid form isn't exactly healthy for your morale, therefore it's instantly shatter.

I don't trust you, Sleepy.

I have to points to address, a minor and major: the Minor point was about your behavior on discord. Even if you are not really a mod and have standards to follow, I didn't really appreciate the way you try to politely tell me to "fuck off" whenever I give a ruling for when people ask. I remember a distinct case when perma killing when voring a marine was not kosher. You just spit on my face "I will do regardless." and told everyone involved to NOT listen to me, even though at the time it was not okay to do it. You said you would do it regardless of me saying not to do, and incited others to do it.
As a player, this gave me a very bad vibe, but coming back as a mod really don't make this enjoyable, as I think I will have a lot of headbutts and stress with you, judging by your way, and I honestly really don't want to have stress over this.

I really don't mind diverging opinions/discussion, hell, I still have many headbutts with driec because he has the big gay, but I at least can trust him, which brings me to my second point:

You already have leaked stuff from slack/discord staff chat before. Back on feweh's removal, you leaked stuff from the slack about feweh's departure and some more things from staff chat about a certain staff member I don't remember right now. And that was done in Reddit of all places. Even if you were removed unfairly and probably didn't even deserved all the shit you received, you still got a staff member to leak you stuff from private channels and posted it on the Reddit, one of then being very malicious.

I forwarded that at the time to one manager, but at the time, they didn't act due to all the shit happening.

I don't really chime in on mod apps because I don't mind who I gonna work with, but your case is special because I saw you leaking stuff directly from private staff channels. How can I trust someone if they did this on the past? What's stopping you from just becoming yet another leaker on staff team? I really can't see myself having an open conversation without being backstabbed.

If you come in, I won't have any problem with it. I won't treat you differently, but I still will be wary. Since I saw what you did personally.
