Every situation it is own challenge, with different variables. I believe that every case should be viewed from all possible viewpoints, to reach the optimal solution.

I think your answer to question 1 is good, despite some other concerns poked at it earlier in the thread.

i know that I need to find more harshness in me, since I can sometimes be a bit too diplomatic.

In general, being too lenient is far less of a problem than being too harsh. It's a lot cleaner to give people the benefit of the doubt if/when you're unsure about something and err on the side of cautiousness, because bans and notes can stick to a player and if you're not able to stand behind them one hundred percent, you shouldn't be giving them out. That's how I see it, at least.

I don't think you need to work on your harshness at all. If anything, I think mods who don't take pressing the ban button lightly at all are exactly the sort we should be looking for. If you're in doubt about something and let a player off lightly, either they take it to heart and don't reoffend, which is a good outcome; or they don't and do it again, in which case you can simply slap them with the big stick next time. There's almost nothing a player can do to grief that we can't fix in just a few clicks or button presses.

Thank you! Glad that you like the app.I just think that giving the benefit of the doubt is more professional in some aspects. Fair treatment is what maked the community trust me, I believe.

But I know that I can find the perfect balance of being strict and lenient.
I believe in Socratean middle mean, that is believing that no extreme is good, but the best solution is found in the middle.
